Linked by the Dance to an Immemorial Past: Basque Men Rehearsing a War Dance

LINKED BY THE DANCE TO AN IMMEMORIAL PAST: BASQUE MEN REHEARSING A WAR DANCE

The Basques have many peculiar customs pointing to a very early culture. Ceremonial dances are a prominent feature of their social life, and include nearly every kind of dance found among primitive tribes.
