I got connected up with drywaller Shane Vogel who said he could give me a smooth finish (Level 4+), something the locals wouldn't do. So, even though the north side of the house isn't closed in, I went ahead. I boarded up the north side openings (just two windows and the door), then Shane and his uncle Gene, plus an assistant Levi, hung the rock, and Shane will tape and mud. He's going to mask off and spray primer when done, which would be a perfect time to paint, so that will come next.
