Courtesy, that charming characteristic of the Hungarian, is eloquently

kissing the hand of a juvenile guest with all the grace of a courtier.
The hand of a lady is usually kissed on arrival and departure, and this
custom is observed even among the children, just as in the matter of
dress young and old wear similar fashions
