| Weather finally turned nice enough to get back to the house after a long cold winter. Today we wrapped and installed windows on two sides. Tyvek for house wrap, and Dupont flashing (including the very nice Flex Wrap) for the windows. The Dupont stuff is expensive but quality, funny how that works. Loewen windows: wood, aluminum clad on the outside, triple-pane, argon filled, double low-e, rated around R-4 to R-5. |
