This Arc/Info E00-format dataset of US County border has been kicking
around the Internet for years. The only information I have about it is
from the E00 itself, where it is identified as being originally the file
"/GISWK/FTP/PUB/TMP20/CNTYS.E00". If anyone knows more about it, please
let me know so I can give proper credit.
